Aapri Grinstead

I enjoy simple routines, especially when there's room in them for something homemade. A trip to the market can inspire a whole evening, and I rarely follow a recipe without changing at least one thing. I enjoy taking a familiar dish and making a small change with a different herb or a new ingredient. I like an easy atmosphere where nobody needs to put on a performance.
