Jailenne Peloso

I like making ordinary spaces feel welcoming through small, thoughtful touches. I usually cook with music on and tidy up a little as I go, although baking can undo all my good intentions. I enjoy taking a familiar dish and making a small change with a different herb or a new ingredient. I like an easy atmosphere where nobody needs to put on a performance.
