Aldea Gorrepati

I am happiest with plans that leave enough time to cook, talk, and enjoy being in the same place. A trip to the market can inspire a whole evening, and I rarely follow a recipe without changing at least one thing. An evening can be as simple as cooking together and deciding on a film once everything is ready. A warm manner and a little patience mean a great deal to me.
