Nayely Hise

I feel most like myself when there's a balance between getting out, seeing people, and having time to recharge. I like having something to look forward to, even when it's as simple as a good coffee after a long walk. I am happy to change the plan if someone needs a gentler pace or a little more time. I try to keep things balanced rather than perfect.
