I prefer slow mornings, a good novel, and plans that leave a little breathing room. I read a mixture of novels, essays, and whatever catches my attention on a second-hand shelf. On a free morning, I might read a few chapters before deciding where the rest of the day should go. I am happy when getting to know someone feels gradual, easy, and unforced.
