A little movement, something good to eat, and time to unwind are my idea of a balanced day. I appreciate people who can make a plan while staying flexible about how the day unfolds. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
