I like a little energy around me: a busy market, a lively kitchen, or a table full of people talking. I often remember a place because of the conversation I had there as much as the food. I enjoy a balance between trying a new place and revisiting somewhere that already feels familiar. I get along well with people who are curious, considerate, and willing to laugh at a small mistake.
