I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I am interested in habits that make daily life feel comfortable and enjoyable. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. I appreciate people who make space for both a little adventure and a proper rest.
