I like setting myself small goals without turning every interest into a competition. I enjoy encouragement, a sense of humour, and the chance to improve without taking everything too seriously. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
