Fresh air and a change of scenery are usually enough to put me in a better mood. I always pack more snacks than necessary, and I think a warm drink tastes better after a few hours outside. On a quiet weekend, I might choose a park, a riverside path, or a nearby stretch of countryside. I appreciate a calm approach when plans need to change.
