A bit of movement in the morning usually makes the rest of my day better. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
