Berna Torreblanca

I like keeping active in a way that makes the rest of my day feel better. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. I like a positive outlook, a sense of humour, and being honest about what actually matters.
