A personal introduction
A little about Brigitte.
I like setting myself small goals without turning every interest into a competition. I like having something to look forward to, even when it's as simple as a good coffee after a long walk. A short walk or a little stretching can be enough to help me reset after a busy day. I get on well with people who are encouraging without making everything a challenge.
That everyday detail is the part of the introduction I would ask about first. What makes a small everyday meal feel special to you?
