A little movement, something good to eat, and time to unwind are my idea of a balanced day. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. I like a day that has a little structure without needing every hour to be accounted for. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
