Cassanda Muhm

A little movement, something good to eat, and time to unwind are my idea of a balanced day. I prefer activities that leave me feeling refreshed rather than focused on a score or a personal best. I like noticing small improvements without forgetting to enjoy what I am doing now. I like a positive outlook, a sense of humour, and being honest about what actually matters.
