I like setting myself small goals without turning every interest into a competition. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. For me, feeling well includes having time for people, interests, and a proper rest.
