Lamya Cousens

I like staying active, but I have no interest in turning every spare moment into a challenge. I like having something to look forward to, even when it's as simple as a good coffee after a long walk. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. I appreciate a positive attitude that leaves room for real life and different kinds of days.
