Cendy Demerson

I feel most like myself when there's a balance between getting out, seeing people, and having time to recharge. I like trying a new activity when there is room to learn at my own pace. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. For me, feeling well includes having time for people, interests, and a proper rest.
