I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I like trying new activities without expecting to be good at them straight away. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. A little flexibility and a sense of humour make trying something new much easier.
