Dayasia Talebi

I like keeping active in a way that makes the rest of my day feel better. I enjoy walking, a good workout, and taking the scenic route when I'm not in a hurry. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. I try to keep things balanced rather than perfect.
