Kateri Lort

I enjoy finding a pace that feels sustainable, whether I am trying something new or returning to a familiar routine. I prefer activities that leave me feeling refreshed rather than focused on a score or a personal best. I am happy to change the plan if someone needs a gentler pace or a little more time. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
