I enjoy finding a pace that feels sustainable, whether I am trying something new or returning to a familiar routine. I enjoy walking, a good workout, and taking the scenic route when I'm not in a hurry. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
