I like exploring a place through its food, its small streets, and the places people recommend without making a fuss. I often remember a place because of the conversation I had there as much as the food. I enjoy a balance between trying a new place and revisiting somewhere that already feels familiar. I make plans because I enjoy them, not because every free hour needs to be filled.
