A bit of movement in the morning usually makes the rest of my day better. A free day might include a walk, something good to eat, and a few hours with people whose company I enjoy. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. I appreciate a positive attitude that leaves room for real life and different kinds of days.
