I'm fairly energetic, especially when the plan involves being outside and getting a little distance from a screen. I like trying new activities without expecting to be good at them straight away. A new activity is often a good reminder that it is fine to be a beginner. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
