I am curious about food, especially when a simple dish comes with a story or a new flavour. A simple meal made well often impresses me more than a long menu and a lot of ceremony. A weekend might involve a market visit, a relaxed lunch, and a walk around streets I have not explored. A sense of curiosity and a little flexibility make exploring together much more enjoyable.
