I like the kind of hospitality that makes people feel comfortable rather than carefully entertained. I have a few dishes I can make without thinking and plenty more that I'm still trying to get right. An evening can be as simple as cooking together and deciding on a film once everything is ready. I'm warm once I feel comfortable, and I appreciate the same quiet consideration in others.
