I feel most like myself when there's a balance between getting out, seeing people, and having time to recharge. A free day might include a walk, something good to eat, and a few hours with people whose company I enjoy. Sometimes the right choice is a longer walk, and sometimes it is going home early and getting some rest. I try to keep things balanced rather than perfect.
