Sara Alfaro

I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. I prefer activities that leave me feeling refreshed rather than focused on a score or a personal best. I enjoy doing something active together when the conversation and the experience matter as much as the activity. I like a positive outlook, a sense of humour, and being honest about what actually matters.
