Emerey Hlavac

I like a little energy around me: a busy market, a lively kitchen, or a table full of people talking. I like trying something unfamiliar while keeping a few reliable favourites for days when I want comfort. I like leaving a little room in the plan for a pastry, a second coffee, or a place we happen to discover. I make plans because I enjoy them, not because every free hour needs to be filled.
