My favourite plans often involve a kitchen, a long conversation, and no reason to check the time. A trip to the market can inspire a whole evening, and I rarely follow a recipe without changing at least one thing. Trying something new is more enjoyable when there is room to laugh if it does not turn out as expected. I appreciate people who notice the effort behind a small kindness and offer their own in return.
