I like a little energy around me: a busy market, a lively kitchen, or a table full of people talking. I like trying something unfamiliar while keeping a few reliable favourites for days when I want comfort. Sometimes the nicest part of going somewhere new is finding a reason to come back. Good conversation is the part of any meal that I am most likely to remember.
