I am always interested in hearing what someone has been listening to lately. I often keep a note of a line from a book, the name of a musician, or a place I'd like to visit again. I like asking what caught someone's attention rather than deciding too quickly whether something is good or bad. I appreciate people who have their own interests and enjoy sharing what they love.
