Jaelie Flodman

I feel better when my week includes a few active moments and a few genuinely quiet ones. I like a mix of familiar routines and occasional changes that keep things interesting. A new activity is often a good reminder that it is fine to be a beginner. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
