I like a little energy around me: a busy market, a lively kitchen, or a table full of people talking. I enjoy sharing recommendations with someone who is happy to explain what they liked about a place. I am happy with a simple meal when it is made with care and there is no rush to move on. For me, a memorable outing does not need to be elaborate; it needs to feel comfortable.
