I feel most refreshed after a few hours outside, even if the plan is only a walk close to home. My plans tend to include a little movement, good food, and enough time to sit down and enjoy where I am. I sometimes bring a camera, although plenty of my favourite moments stay as memories instead of pictures. I'm usually ready to try a different route, especially if there's a good view at the end.
