I like exploring a place through its food, its small streets, and the places people recommend without making a fuss. I am interested in the little differences that make a familiar recipe taste new. A weekend might involve a market visit, a relaxed lunch, and a walk around streets I have not explored. I appreciate people who are open to a suggestion and comfortable making one of their own.
