A personal introduction
A little about Tremya.
A bit of movement in the morning usually makes the rest of my day better. I enjoy walking, a good workout, and taking the scenic route when I'm not in a hurry. A new activity is often a good reminder that it is fine to be a beginner. I enjoy finding a rhythm with someone rather than expecting us to do everything in exactly the same way.
