I feel most refreshed after a few hours outside, even if the plan is only a walk close to home. My plans tend to include a little movement, good food, and enough time to sit down and enjoy where I am. A flask of something warm and an extra layer are often all I need for a simple afternoon out. The best days leave me with a clear head and a small story to tell.
