I like a little energy around me: a busy market, a lively kitchen, or a table full of people talking. A simple meal made well often impresses me more than a long menu and a lot of ceremony. I am happy with a simple meal when it is made with care and there is no rush to move on. I get along well with people who are curious, considerate, and willing to laugh at a small mistake.
