Jonette Staugler

I enjoy routines that give me energy while leaving enough room for an unexpected plan. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. I like company that helps an ordinary plan feel worth getting out for.
