I feel most refreshed after a few hours outside, even if the plan is only a walk close to home. My plans tend to include a little movement, good food, and enough time to sit down and enjoy where I am. I sometimes bring a camera, although plenty of my favourite moments stay as memories instead of pictures. I don't need every day to be exciting; I just like feeling that I've made something of it.
