I feel most refreshed after a few hours outside, even if the plan is only a walk close to home. A change of scenery helps me think clearly, even when it's only a short trip beyond my usual routine. I sometimes bring a camera, although plenty of my favourite moments stay as memories instead of pictures. I appreciate a calm approach when plans need to change.
