I enjoy finding a pace that feels sustainable, whether I am trying something new or returning to a familiar routine. I like a mix of familiar routines and occasional changes that keep things interesting. I usually choose an activity that fits the weather, my energy, and the company rather than following a rigid plan. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
