I feel most like myself when there's a balance between getting out, seeing people, and having time to recharge. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. A short walk or a little stretching can be enough to help me reset after a busy day. For me, a good day is one that leaves me pleasantly tired and glad I made the effort.
