Ceri Rials

I like keeping active in a way that makes the rest of my day feel better. I am interested in habits that make daily life feel comfortable and enjoyable. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. I like feeling comfortable in my own rhythm and respecting that other people have theirs.
