Virgie Komon

I like keeping active in a way that makes the rest of my day feel better. I make time to move most days, but a relaxed lunch afterwards is often the part I look forward to most. I try to keep enough variety in my week that familiar habits still feel enjoyable. I appreciate people who make space for both a little adventure and a proper rest.
