I'm usually the one who finds a little bookshop on a walk and comes out with more books than planned. I read a mixture of novels, essays, and whatever catches my attention on a second-hand shelf. A rainy day is a good excuse to make tea and finally open the book I have been saving. I'm happiest when things feel easy rather than carefully staged.
