I like keeping active in a way that makes the rest of my day feel better. I appreciate habits that make me feel well, while keeping enough flexibility to enjoy an unplanned afternoon. On a free morning, I might do something outdoors and leave the afternoon for a slower pace. For me, feeling well includes having time for people, interests, and a proper rest.
