A personal introduction
A little about Kystal.
I enjoy trying a recipe that sounds promising and seeing what I would change next time. When I have a free afternoon, I like to take my time with a meal and leave the rest of the day uncomplicated. I am quite happy changing the plan when a recipe needs adjusting or an ingredient is missing. The evenings I remember fondly are often the ones that felt simple at the time.
A specific example could add a personal touch to the food and drink section. Is there a flavour that reminds you of a particular place or time?
